First Things First

First and foremost, we’re really looking forward to helping you sell your home! We’re sure you’re even more excited than we are to get it on the market, see buyers coming through and, of course, get an offer!

Our Agreement

Before we can begin preparing the marketing for your home, or put it on the market, you will need to sign a listing agreement.

We will come to your home, discuss your needs, review the paperwork and answer all of your questions.

Our Marketing Plan

We’re sure one of your biggest questions is, “What are you going to do to market my house?”

Selling with the Discovery Home Team means you don’t have to worry about a thing. With our complimentary staging service and professional photography, we enhance the look and presentation of your home. We know the Greater Tulsa Area and how to competitively market and price your home to sell quickly at the best price.

Coordinate Showings

Open houses and showings will allow potential buyers a first-hand look at your home. We will coordinate all of the showings with you.

Getting an Offer

Once a potential buyer makes an offer on your home, we will contact you, review the offer and discuss next steps.  We will work to negotiate the terms of the contract, always keeping your best interests in mind.

Inspections and Appraisal

Part of the offer and negotiations will include home inspections and appraisals. We will communicate what’s needed during this phase of the process. Keep in mind, there could be more contract negotiations after the inspections and the appraisal. During this time we will continue to work for you to keep the selling process moving.

Final Walkthrough

The day of closing, or sometimes the day before, the buyer and their agent will have a walk-through. They will come to the house to make sure the property is in the agreed upon condition.

Yay! You’re closing on the sale of your home!

The closing of your home may be complete, but our job is never finished. Of course, we will always be available if you have any questions or concerns, even after the closing. Never hesitate to reach out to us!
